Using DeFi services involves significant risk, including but not limited to price volatility, regulatory changes, and smart contract vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that FluxFi is not responsible for any losses incurred.

Limitation of Liability

FluxFi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for accessing our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
